Excellent location near metro and the bus station so you can go wherever you want and explore beautiful Paris. Small but cosy room, comfortable bed with very good pillows. Heating was excellent 👌 Quite room, with good windows and isolation. Nice and professional staff - many thanks to receptionist from Serbia for warm welcome. Across the hotel is traditional, old and famous restaurant Chartier. You will wait for hour or half an hour to get the table but it is worth it. Delicious, interesting, traditional food e.g. snails... In general very nice experience in magical Paris especially during the Christmas and New Year...

Good location, Large, clean, bedroom. Bathroom rather cramped, but adequate with a few shortcomings, (see my later comments below). The air-conditioner worked quietly, at a low fan speed, producing plenty of cool air allowing us to sleep well in the very warm weather. The breakfast was very good with a a wide range of choices of both hot and cold items available. We had seen some reviews that described the hotel as being very dirty, poor and unwelcoming. We found it to be totally opposite, welcoming and very clean, so we were very relieved to see that those comments were simply not true.

Reception staff welcoming and very helpful. Room was good size with a large bed. The location of the hotel from the train, and then catching the bus to Grands Boulevard was easy. Reception and breakfast room exceptionally clean. Our bedroom was clean, as was the bathroom. The carpet up to the first floor is well past its best, however, I saw the positives in this hotel without worrying about that. I would recommend taking the breakfast option - excellent breakfast each morning. The pastries for guests in the foyer when returning from a day out were a welcome treat! Thank you.

The great Central location. Lovely upgraded lobby area and breakfast room. Fabulous breakfasts! Room had seen upgrades also. Quite large. The staff were so helpful and charming! Tons of cafes, stuff to see and do within a few blocks of the hotel. ie: Charming Covered Passageway-Gallerias (art galleries, bistrots, bookstores etc). Palais Garnier, Theatres, Galleries Lafayette, Musee Grevin and more. My 3rd time in Paris. Got to see stuff I'd never seen before. Can hardly wait to go back!!

Excellent value for money in a great location. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. As the hotel is located in Cite Bergere, it's tucked away from the main streets and is very quiet. There are endless bars and restaurants in the area. The 8 euro breakfast was great. The bed was really comfortable. Very grateful for the kettle after a day travelling. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
